Andrew Richards is a NEC accredited Project Manager with experience negotiating, selling and contract managing projects up to 10m across the utility infrastructure and construction sectors.

Andrew has successfully completed complex projects under NEC, ICE and bespoke subcontractor contracts as well as acting as principal contractor or developer on projects.

Andrew prides himself on his ability to manage risk, identify issues and negotiate contracts that protect the interests of all parties whilst reducing unnecessary risk exposure and eliminating unreasonable contract terms.

Whilst Andrew understands the need to manage risk and negotiate overburdensome sub-contracts, he also understands the commercial reality of business. Andrew will work with you to provide a realistic appraisal of contracts including contract terms, risks, resource analysis and impact on cash flow whilst aligning any decisions with your overall business strategy.

From conception to completion, Andrew will help ensure seamless coordination, timely delivery, and adherence to budget constraints. Andrew will help develop a project management process and implementation strategy that navigates risks whilst focusing on successful project delivery.
